Well explained, good thing you mentioned CPU/Chipset/EMMC capacitors. A lot of beginners suffer with those and make wrong decisions as a result.

I’m looking on my multimeter and I see where you’re showing to put it where those two at the same place but my multimeter has them separately a bit beside each other when it’s 2000 and it has an arrow with the line through it and the other one looks like a Wi-Fi signal and it says 200 but they’re beside each other separately they’re not together so I don’t know

So you can switch the probes to power ground which lets you get a reading of the whole capacitor. You cant measure the other side without flipping them because the resistance is too high for it to measure.

I have a question, I'm testing the capacitor and neither side gives a reading, so it's OK

Why your diode mode readings are soo big ...diode mode should be like in between 0.54 to 0.001 or OL or yours is in diode mode

You don't remove the chip, instead it's a lot easier to remove each cap you want to test. lol

Right 👍 Not in all cases as some PCbs will have more than 20 CPU capacitors and for you to remove all them one by one and test the heat will probably cause an open circuit in the chip.
