Sorry for delay, All company in dubai did not give engineer post to diploma holder. But some company gives engineer post for diploma holder also but they need experiences. Generally they assign supervisor post for diploma engineers later after gaining experience diploma holder will also be same as degree engineers

Did it's compulsory in straight line auxiliary rod. Can we test liek thise- 1st auxiliary rod 6 miter distance from earth pit and 2nd rod 12 miter distance from earth pit in any direction. (Because some where we not get proper space)

Yes some time we do not have spaces in that case we will put rod where we get spaces and rod should be at least 5 meter apart

Earth pit ka resistance kam karne ke liye usme salt or water dalenge jisse uska resistance kuch kam ho jayega. Or One LV panel me 5 earthpit hai 3 earth ka or 2 neutral ka (transformer neutral)

Transformer LV side neutral is earthed by contractor , generally neutral earthing is done in LV panel it is for transformer Lv side

Show us practically your earth test meter showing little bit higher value so how you can make it Low( resistance value)

We can put some salt and water in earthing then the value will decrease
