How do I keep the mono filament from breaking? It breaks for no rhyme or reason. It has to be a tension thing and every time I have it serviced it’ll work for a few jobs then it’ll start snapping the mono left and right.

It could be a lot of things. 1. Fresh needle thread. 2. Make sure thread isn't getting hung up 3. Separate the top tension discs with a screwdriver and blow them out with compressed air. 4. Install a fresh looper. 5. Try 69 bonded nylon thread for the needle for certain rugs as it's stronger

@@NCCarpetBinding thank you very much. I know we haven’t put a new looper on so we should do that. We do change the needle out regularly.
