Triple load if it’s heavy! Example 10 foot net with 1.6 pounds per feet =16 pounds with one hand, kind of hard for me at 66 years and herniated disk on neck and back. Triple load not a problem, opens like pancake all the time. Great video father and son!

This is the way i throw. the best way to throw a net . but when the net is real heavy, its difficult to throw with every thing in one hand

when I throw my net using this method-the sector from about 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock doesnt fan out.Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

once you have released the net in your right hand, "the bulk of the net", give a slight tug back towards you with the remaining net in your left hand and it should open right up.

look at the 1:54 mark. You will see my left hand till is holding the net. Give it a little tug back towards you and it should open up.

All these guys putting the net in their mouths and over their shoulder is ridiculous. I’ve always thrown it like this and have never had a problem with it opening up fully.
