Thank you! Seriously, I have not thrown a net since I was a kid. I tried looking up on youtube and everyone has goofy complicated ways. I'm up an throwing thanks to you.

It's been about 15 years since I've thrown a cast net and I've completely forgotten I started trying to throw it this year and I was completely backwards having the rope in my left hand it felt right but I couldn't get the net to open properly but by watching you I close my eyes and listen to you I did it with you and by God I'm going to throw a cast net and it's going to be beautiful thank you

I saw how's she's thrown a net before in past videos and as the video first started, I wondered would she still put the net in her mouth after being in the mud there. She did...and she is a G for it. You got you a keeper wife there, sir.

Thanks so much for this great video with a simple technique and easy to follow video instructions. I tried it with a 5-foot 3/16" I'll use for peanut bunker and I got more or less flat pancakes on my first 5 throws! Can't wait to try it with my 8-foot net. The best video I've found, if you don't know how to throw a cast net yet and want to learn, this is the video for you!!

Thank you! I've tried many methods over the years and just never got it to work well. Watching the ease with which your wife threw it out there, I decided to drag out my net and give it try. I threw about a dozen pancakes in a row!!! Can't thank you enough for sharing, and I'll be using it this weekend!

If you put a bight of line through the loop and put your wrist through the loop that makes, it would cinch on your wrist and actually prevent you from potentially losing the net.

Great video! I've been lurking for awhile and following the channel. I noticed in your last video you both had mentioned you're in the process of moving! I may have missed the destination if you had mentioned it in previous videos but where you two headed? My wife and I have noticed that you two fish a lot in NC and we reside in Western NC and are looking to move to coastal NC in the next few years! In all your fishing throughout NC, where would you recommend moving for fishing purposes?

Thanks for the video. Once you've done it dozens of times, throwing a castnet is pretty easy. Until then, it can be more of an entertainment event for onlookers (you'll never guess how I know this 😂😁😂). We were ROFL on what makes your wife "super hot" 😂🤣😂

Good way to mess your teeth up. Coming from experience. Same thing with biting your line. 2 huge mistakes I made for years till I almost completely broke off one of my top 2 middle teeth. Very embarrassing to have one of those top 2 teeth almost completely missing. Makes you look Iike you smoke meth or crack
