I just got back into trialing and I was dumb did t stretch started throwing round house and thought I coukd still do tornado kick I did but my God my.lower right back has been fucked up for few days now still pushing through it and working on poster lesson never do shit without stretching first

Can someone please do a video demonstrating basic kicks from the absolute front view, that is, the view I can see myself as I'm following along to check that my form matches the instructor's as much as possible. All the videos on this topic are at side or 3/4 angles; but the only way to check form at any kind of speed at that angle is with video. A front angle video demo would be very helpful
