Great video. You said the next video would be how to hook it up. I can't find that video.

Rooster Tails?! Are you kidding? If you tow at that speed, have a good lawyer, get the towed boat's Skipper to sign a waiver to litigation. Do not use ski rope, three strand polypropylene, which has a low resistance to chafe, has high stretch and high rebound if it parts. Stick with braided line. If you want the line to float, there is braided polypro core with braided nylon jacket that floats, or go big and get braided Dyneema that also floats. If you talk to experienced Sail Instructors/Coaches, that use small (12' - 15') runabouts to instruct/coach and tow frequently; you'll find they tie a compact bridle in the stern that many times is set up inside the boat putting a tow loop to one side (typically Port, opposite of the throttle cable) about 5" - 6" away from the outboard shaft housing. Since they are usually solo, they can do this from the helm seat without getting up, and the towed boat can hand them their bow line which they tie onto the Bridle loop, (figure 8 or Alpine Butterfly loop knot) with a slippery Sheet Bend, that holds securely and unties quickly for short tows from the practice area to the dock. This, the most common towing, is rarely addressed online, done by small boats referred to as "Chase Boats" or dinghies; used to tow small sailboats or other dinghies, in bays the world over. These shorter tows by small boats are done probably a thousand-to-one; to the tows of larger 20' to 50' private yachts/fishing boats.

aren't you supposed to use a polypropylene line so it floats and you don't risk getting a line in your props! Nice knot-tying lessons, but I wouldn't use these lines!

Bowline and sheet bends, double included, are terrible choices for cyclic loading. Better off using and alpine butterfly to create a bight and a zeppelin bend to replace the double sheet bend.
