Yes same as you would tie them on monofilament. Its just a basic snell knot.

SLOW DEATH HOOKS, Will spin , corkscrew, IF.....You have a good quality swivel, NEVER The common brass barrel swivel. roller sleeve swivels are quite good, BUT a teeny ball bearing swivel is the very best , to get the crawler or half crawler to make that effortless cork screw spin. Further, I would NEVER Use those pain in the butt plastic sleeve swivels for blade changes. There are several other types that make blade change easier. Further..., I would run Slow death hook 3 to 5 inches behind the very end of your crawler harness.
