In this week’s episode of Tying Tuesdays, watch as Brady ties the Morgan's Midge! This tiny tailwater treat is a go-to midge pattern for picky trout rising to midge adults. When Midges rise to the surface and try to break free into the flight, they must shed their adolescent shuck. This creates a light shimmer in the surface film that is perfectly imitated by a little flash off the back of the fly. This bug is best tied small in sizes 20 - 24.
