Excellent tutorial on knot tying. I've watched your other video on one handed knot tying too and it is equally good! You should consider getting involved in medical education because I'm sure lots would benefit from your teaching! Keep up the good work mate!

I learned these knots watching these videos and when it was time to demonstrate them to our professors, they told me I had the steps backwards and the ethicon knot table sideways. Even though the knot was the same, they told me it was wrong and that I had to relearn it. Super lame.

i learned to tie it so you cross your hands after the first half, then uncross them when pulling the second half of the square knot.

Google Ethicon. You can order one for free as a student on the website. I think there is a backorder tho.

Nevermind, I figured it out. My previous statement was when positioned with the long axis of the wound running left and right instead of up and down.

i think that the right way is somehow without crossing your hands
