Keishon Morgan It's happened to me many times too. But chains do stretch over time and depending how often you ride. Also make sure your parts like free wheel sprocket are not worn out. You might need a new chain possibly. Having some issues with mine now and debating if I should invest in a new one. Hope this helped.

That's good they dont have paint. Otherwise your axle nuts would slide and loosen up your chain if there was paint

FunkyFreak no it wont damage your frame, and they dont have to be crazy tight just tighten it down good. if you see your chain gets more slack after alittle riding then maybe you didnt tighten enough

FunkyFreak you shouldnt over tighten the headset bolt because you could damage the bearings in the headset, if it feels good now then its probably alright, if in the future you feel there is grinding or something like that when you steer it might be damaged bearings

tighten the side without the sprocket. pull on the side with the sprocket. tighten the bolt a little then pull the crank backwards if you see any loose areas on your chain just keep adjusting it. make sure it's to too tight (your chain) because in some areas there will be alot of tension and in others it's will be a bit loose but your chain might pop if it's too tight.
