This video features our newest member of the Girls Gone Bowling Team, Hanna F.! We are excited to have her on our production team. Specifically, we are discussing how to time your steps to maximize a good throw and a smooth ball release. Getting your timing correct takes a lot of practice and is essential to improving your game. Just like golf, tennis, baseball, etc. timing your swing, body motion, eye control, and hand motion is a skill that is difficult to master. Hanna bowls with a 4 step approach while Sara bowls with a 5 step approach.
