I'm not trying to be a smart-ass here... and I am genuinely offering you this advice.... go fishing with your dad. It's not about the fishing, it's about spending time with him... talking to him. Ask him about his childhood or things you don't know about him. I absolutely guarantee that if you do... in the years and decades to come you would utterly treasure those memories.

You make a good point about the kids’ potty. In our house, we put in toilet seats with built-in kid-sized seats. It sticks to the seat cover with a magnet, and you just pull it down over the regular seat. Very convenient.

We got this toilet seat that has a smaller toilet seat connected to the adult toilet seat. It was magnetic too so you just fold the training seat into the lid. Worked like a charm. Didn’t have to worry about disgusting training potties 🙌

Her big sisters will have a lot more influence on her bathroom skills. I tried the little potty chairs on my son when he was Nala's age and he wouldn't sit on it . My sister and her 6 year old son moved in with me and josh. Josh wanted to do everything zach did. So I never had to toilet train
