Hey KZbinrs, one of the best things I have noticed in Her lessons is the ethics; she is on a health mission and this is very good, as many people have youtube accounts related to yoga but only copied scripts, we learn many things about Yoga exercises from her & she is different you know how? because she teaches like it soulful teacher very softly while maintaining the Ethics of industry and very good human. Best of luck for her future she deserves billion of subscribers god bless her.

Thanks for your tips which are easy to understand and follow. I am almost reaching this asana 80% and follow these tips to improve and do 100%. You are very good in giving tips and so far I have not found this kind of simple tips

Excellant teaching.👌 I appreciate your idea of teaching by taking one Aaasana in each video. I am 71 year old & used to do Yoga, but from ur videos, now only learnt some technics. When I was in service, irregular in doing Yoga, because of shift duties. Now retired, so doing regularly. I am very lucky to see videos. If possible, please share the links of earlier videos, so that I can learn & practice the technics. Thank You very much🙏

In 1985, I have learnt Yoga from our Guruji Rama Krishna Garu in BHEL/Hyderabad, since then doing, but with interruptions due to shift duties. I love Yoga very much. Presently I am staying with my daughters in USA. After seeing ur videos on Padmasana & Pachimottasana, now I am confident that I can practice & do most of the Asanas. Thank You.

Hi Mam, Can i suggest you something? Yog is an observation.Why Observation? Because the meaning of Yog is United with the creation. The whole process of Yog has to be primarily focussed on observation during the process while performing it. Each movement has to be focussed. It should not be performed like an exercise. I find my legs even more rigid the second day while trying to do head to knee pose. It also pains more than the previous day. Is this common? Edit: 18/6/2020 I'm able to do this with ease now. I kept practising. And I'm also able to do the splits easily too. Since my body was already little flexible it didn't take much time for me. Thank you so much😊

Yes Krithika, when your body is not so used to certain movement and sudden change in the body and muscle would lead to this at some and so it’s common don’t worry about it. Keep practicing g ans you will love the flexibility which you will gain after few days 😊🙏

Thank you for the comment 😊 I don’t follow any particular school of yoga. For me Yoga is a practice which your body wants to practice. You feel good when you do certain asanas and just keep following your heart and body during the practice 😊👍🏻🙏

Hello Neha, thank you for this series. I have questions about surya namaskar. When we bring the legs back to front at end of each cycle I find it hard to move the leg all the way next to my hand in one movement. Is this because I’m somewhat beginner to that pose or maybe I’m missing some other thing I should be doing? Do you have a video where it’s explained in more detail?
