Phone number data can tell you only country location. opencage is a library which gives you the latitude and longitude of the given country name. If you want to learn the momentary location of a phone, you have to call that number and ask "where are you now" ?

Cool tutorial! Thank you. I learned a lot! Regarding my results, it works obviously much better for landline phone numbers. Here it shows the corresponding city but not the exact location. When it comes to mobile phones the location doesn´t match the point viewed on the map is hundreds of kilometers away. Not sure if there is another way to show a more detailed position(?) I like the answer about switching numbers in phones. but that means they actually have that persons number saved or you know who the person is in their phone. But if you do have access to their phone, use a key-logger. I don’t know which to suggest- but I have used 2, but you have to research and research to find a good one and they cost money- but, if you want to know everything they type on their phone, their social media and app usage and their geographic location- the 2nd one I used also had a call recorder and a microphone tapper- which would send a secret text to his phone and then give me listening access to his surroundings. I know- I was crazy for a brief moment in life and realized I didn’t need to torture myself trying to play detective, and I cut him loose. He has since admitted to one infidelity accidentally or maybe on purpose because he wanted to try to hurt me, either way I was indifferent. Back to spying- I did this when I realized chunks of texts between his female boss and him missing from his phone- and he had recently told me she was in trouble at work for snap chatting with the male employees, not him, but others (yeah, right) her avoiding me at the Christmas party was very evident, I mean skin crawling evident. The title is somewhat misleading. This doesn't "track" or "geolocate" any phone number (i.e. for anyone watching, no, you won't be finding the current location/coordinates of anyone else. Think about how big of a security risk that would be 😆). The Python package only provides metadata about the given phone number itself (e.g. is it valid? Country code?, etc) and parsing/matching functionality, etc. Just look for the `phonenumbers` package in PyPi and read what it says.

nice content, however, location isnt accurate on the map. It shows the exact country etc but say i am in London but my location puts me somwhere like scotland, thailand, luthuania etc. Perhaps a github page will also be helpful in the future.
