Try to upgrade your Ram and also replace your hard drive with SSD. also I covered in my first TECH shorts how to get an original windows key for as cheap as $1 that can help you keep your windows up to date and receive all the necessary updates!

It costs $30/month per person, so many organizations have no plans to activate it.

most companies won't give away licenses to its entire staff. Instead, they will assess the requirements case by case. It doesn't make sense to waste licenses by giving them to people who wouldn't even use Copilot everyday.

I have Microsoft 365 Personal with CoPilot, but it is not showing the CoPilot button within the Outlook or Word apps. Should it be included, or is that a separate add on service for the apps?

It's only available in Microsoft 365 Business account based on their FAQs web page

That is not how copilot 365 works. It only accesses Onedrive hosted files and does not train models on those.
