no. they are not. Not with humans. They can be aggressive with other dogs, if not socialized properly. If raised together they can wrestle with each other. This wrestling is okay up to a point. It needs to be stopped if it reaches a point of over stimulation. Keep them active and enriched!

Resource guarding can occur if you tease the dog by giving treats to one but not the other, as example. Don't show favouritism. This can happen with any breed. Beagles in particular are very food motivated.

It is like muscle memory you need to repeat commands again and again so that it becomes his muscle memory, talk less he will learn more.

Hello, whenever you are getting a pup any breed check parent's temperament that is the best way to predict behavior of a puppy but still you cant be sure about it. Beagles are okay if they are raised properly but they are trouble makes if you are not careful with them.

It is not easy to explain, need to check whats causing dog to show aggression. If you can find what triggers your dog to attack or show aggression you can teach him not to do that.
