😂 I, too, had a cat that “covered” his poo. Batting at the side does soooooo much good! lol Thanks for the delightful video. I adopted my mom’s 3 year old cat and he tracks litter so bad, but he does cover his poo. He does fine in a covered litter box so I’m hoping the transition will be this smooth.

Just ordered the exact same one, for my 6 month old kitten who outgrew a full size litter box in 4 months!!!! Litter was EVERYWHERE! Cleaning it that first day when I moved the box completely…. Omg I had no idea how much litter REALLY was being kicked out of the box Beings this crazy kitty of mine is 6 months he’s extremely curious! And extremely brave and brazen!!!! He jumped right on into the top entry box. He was probably playing in there for about 20 minutes before he popped his head out, I thought he was going to just jump out. But he remained in the same position for a bit. After 20 mins of playing around he did his business! Both # 1 & #2!!! And he wanted no parts of the old box!!!! It’s in the garage just in case. But he seems much happier with the large size top entry. And boy let me tell you! It’s literally cut down any excess litter by a good 95% lol (some is always on his paws when he gets out! But that’s to be expected!!) We are both very happy person and kitty!! It’s their world. We’re just paying for it and living in it!!! Lol!!!

thanks so much for the warm welcome back! =) and i've tried 3 different litter mats of different sizes and my house is still full of litter lol! maybe its a long hair cat thing. now i just use no litter mat for easy vacuuming and the top entry box is seriously the best purchase i've made this year! i'm so happy with it!

oohhh yes i saw those ones too, but maybe it's cuz the entry is just a side entry? they only have to walk out of those ones. i think the top entry works maybe because they have to hop out from the top n maybe that shakes some litter off? but ya! i'm seriously loving this litter box so much! i don't even feel the need to use a litter mat anymore because lets be honest, litter mats are so hard to clean!
