Strength endurance is the most important thing to train as it's the one u need more in the real world

I mean unless you’re an athlete. As an athlete you need endurance training more than strength. Well you need both but endurance is what you need the most

Can I train legs for strength (3-5 reps max) on Mon,Wed,Fri in the morning all the while training push and pull alternating in the evening 3x each mainly calisthenics but I do incorporate heavy overhead press and behind the neck press and on Tue,Thu,Sat morning’s I run long one day, sprint another and do a mile the other and do burpees,ab,jumprope (which I also do on leg days ) I’m an average 22yr old have done 10 pullups strict, 30 push-ups (don’t know why I just can’t get it any higher), p-bar dip 20, 100 burpees in 10min, 1000 skips in 4min, can bench press 100kg(don’t train much but I guess have decent push strength for a beginner),O.H press 60kg(felt so easy probably could do 70kg)deadlift 140kg(not training for this currently), squat 120kg ATG(@start couldn’t do 60k had to work for it never had good balance at the bottom)been training on and off for six months. Serious on strength training right now want to get stronger just need to know if this can work..one month in from another routine just to start. Anyone have any advice?

The Agoge diet is probably the best diet for increasing muscle. I struggled for so long until I started following it.

What do you think about century sets? For (weighted) calisthenics :)

What forms of conditioning would you suggest for an athlete to get good at. Tempos v. distance v. short burst v. shuttles? Thanks in advance

None of these dudes is capable of running 3 miles. That's quite hilarious. 🧑🦼
