How to Train Playing Between the Lines

This is a training session that focuses on many different areas of attacking. It takes the shape of a rondo split into three fields. A neutral player in the middle with the added rule that the team in possession can send players into the neutral area, but the defending team cannot provides a focus on playing between the lines. Scoring rules can be added to also focus on switching play from one side of the field to the other, and finally goals can be added to make the game directional.
