There was DEFINEITLY a sound in the nether it was a; Uh-om sound! Also, a good way to make Ini Mini Miny and Mo a home is you could use Lapiz, Redstone, Dimond, and Bone blocks in a swirl kinda area, so its like all four of their elements. One more thing; THE NETHER EGG WAS SHAKING DURING THE OUTRO!!!

You should make a element place for the four baby dragons it should have four corners one is fire you just put lava and for the ground you just make the flor red the next is a sky dragon and how you do the sky place is you make stairs that go hi and then you build a sky place next for the grass/forest dragon you make the floor grass and just put trees next is the ghost dragon for that you some of the place dark and that is what I think you should do please pick mine this tuck so long to type all of this stuff and that is my opinion

Don't forget you still have to name the original ghost dragons and pick a name for the day of the dragons. I think you should create an island up in the sky for the four dragons and have a large room up their to have meetings with the other nations, and then have other large islands up in the air for each ancient dragon.

I feel like you neglect Ivy, Shard and the little green guy (Vine) a lot ! why not ride them more when you go some were it would be faster and not have to just stare at the sky for 20 minutes you can also breath fire or ice!
