I want to thank you SO MUCH. After being shamed as a 65 YO flip-phone slinger, and contemplating a smart phone for the last 3 years, I had finally took the plunge with a Samsung S10e. After the initial battle with Virgin Mobile to get it activated, I spent the next 20 hours being frustrated with Andriod's ... um ... quirks. One of my main goals was to transfer all my music from my PC to the phone, for Android Auto. Your straightforward and simple directions made it easy. And it was so simple, I'll remember it in the future.

If i use first option in popup menu i.e sync option is all my files copied ? If copied in pc whether they will delete when i remove usb or remains permenantly in pc??? Need solution bro...

just get a HDMI cable and hook it up to a TV. It worked for me

thanks. i realized i had to set my cable to transfer. Started with phone on. Then plugged in. Then something came up and I Change the settings on my phone to file transfer.

Try going into 'my computer' and see if your phone files are in there. If not then maybe get a new cable. If its not the cable it might be the USB port itself. If none of those things work, you could email the files you want to yourself, then download them from the email onto your PC. Hope this helps.
