Do we have to generalize (OOBE + Shutdown) process before creating the AMI !

In aws we have no reboot option you can enable or disable

Sir, actually my free tier account expired ho gya h too ma ec2 ka ami image create kr ke another account ma share kr du and then free tier account ko delete kr du too usse new account ma koi effect hoga

Yes you can share it to the new account and make new account as image owner so there is no impact on your image

After sharing the AMI as described in your video, under the storage tab it shows ENCRYPTED which is expected but for KMS key it shows 'no permissions' And when I launch, the instance comes up but I cannot ssh into it

when ever I am creating an instance through the above steps I am getting Password not available yet. Please wait at least 4 minutes after launching an instance before trying to retrieve the auto-generated password. error how to resolve that ?
