OK, this did cost me £25, but it DOES work, and it's seamless. It took around an hour to transfer everything from my Android phone onto my new iPhone, and I had to allow Android de-bugging a couple of times during the transfer, (so you can't just walk away and leave it to do its thing), but aside from that it worked really well.
