Hi Alex, i watched your video of transferring dual WhatsApp from android to iPhone but actually my backup of 1 WhatsApp is way more than 5GB (i cloud space) but the other one(dual app, but not WhatsApp business) is less than 5GB, so can i do like backup the less than 5Gb one on i cloud and then after setting up everything the main WhatsApp can get backup from Google drive and this dual one will get it from i cloud? Like i just want some solution, i can't loose my chats of any of my WhatsApp. Please suggest something, thanks a ton in anticipation.

But my whatsapp data is more than 20GB(without including videos) and it is taking nearly 3 hours or more to transfer, but still it is not showing up the full whatsapp data on my new S23 and I didn't backup from the past 2 years and recently I purchased 200GB of iCloud storage and now I am trying to go with some paid softwares as that data is so important, now the only question is do I need to purchase the drive storage also for the transfer to new Android phone?

Hello there, please help, I've been following the same steps for transferring my personal WhatsApp apps. All the pictures and videos have been successfully transferred. However, none of my chat history has been transferred 😢😢😢😢 There are so many important work-related chats and documents that I really need to access. Any idea how to solve my problem? Make sure you have enough iCloud storage, update the iOS and WhatsApp to the latest version, don't encrypt the WhatsApp backup, do a fresh and complete WhatsApp backup on the iPhone, try again, it should work.

Yes the idea is to transfer WhatsApp from the iPhone to the Samsung when the Samsung is new, if you already configured it, then yes you need to do a backup and then a factory reset on the Samsung. Or you can buy a paid software to do it.

No - She can just use the Smart Switch device and it will read the data from the old phone and then she can transfer it to the new phone (Use USB because sometimes wireless doesn't read some of the application data). @@SuAmigoAlex

Have u found out how to solve it? I had a case like you, got stuck in 85% and then forced me to input name and after that all i saw were blank groups. So i tried to log in my WA in my iphone and thank God, i didnt lose any data, just missed the chats which happened while transfering the data

i tried, it doesn’t work on mine. Stuck at 94% and keep disconnected by cable even tho i never touched it. It also took almost 6 hours to transfer. Also the iphone never asked to scan barcode. I’ve probably tried it 9 times now and given up completely😂
