I am visiting Shanghai now, wonderful place. You can spend $2-$3 for a lunch, or $20-$30, $50, or $100+ for better meal, all delicious. Very diversified place, and people are very friendly.

I personally am not a fan of ShangHai, but I love ChengDu the most, because of the chill/relaxing and cultural vibe plus the pandas. And my hometown ChongQing, some claims it’s futuristic, cyber punk, like a maze, well I just like its resilience. BeiJing is like a strict father, but I kind of love the vibe of pride there😂😂

It's going to be exactly five years to the day I went to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I had a fourteen hour layover in Shanghai and I decided to take the Maglev and the metro which took me downtown. I walked for more than five hours and it was a spectacle to behold. Have fun and stay safe, lad.

上海比较偏国际化，食物种类比较多，但是外邦菜基本都是改良过的。推荐外国朋友去成都、重庆、长沙、潮州这些城市。西安也是一个不错的选择，但个人觉得新疆的美食和景色是一级棒，只是新疆面积太大，城市间距离太远，游玩新疆基本就等于游玩整个欧洲了😂
