The best way to travel is with your dog and your pack. Camping or sleeping on the street. Getting invited to sleep at people's places. Hitching rides and hopping trains. Making crafts and flying signs. Busking and crack spanging. Waking up in a new place and not knowing if your next meal will come from a kind stranger or a grocery store dumpster. I love traveling

I just wanted to say that i just watched this video and its inspiring. It truly touch my heart and my inner free spirit. What i loved about this specifically was the innocence in this documentry. It felt clean and alive. Hopeful. It was fresh and spiritually cleansing. I'm not talking religion here, im talking about something deeper than that. Im talking about my soul. You touch my soul. It's as if you had just woken up and with that i woke along with you. It felt like home. Like thats what life is supposed to be. That's what im supposed to do. So thank you. I wish you love and hope and dreams. May your travels lead you somewhere astoundingly magical.

Never give up on your dream, just because others are cynical or jealous. I am 63 and retired and am finally beginning to live my dreams. I would love to do what you did/do. It's difficult to find a travel partner to share with, who is brave and adventurous enough to do this with me. I have traveled alone most of my life. So carry on....

I went to SK last April until end of May and i only brought 97 USD (after converted on google from MYR 405). Aside from that, a pack of 5 instant noodles and some premix drinks in my backpack. I had to struggled, i had to smoke less, i had to cut my food to portion which i really needed, I feel so fucked up, I went from Busan to Seoul for an interview only to find out it was a waste of time, i got lied, my plan was to travel around South Korea but then i used my money took a train to Seoul and got stuck there, but idk about you, for me whenever i reach my limit my survival mode will automatically switch on. I sleep anywhere I eat just what I could eat but i still could have fun with the locals and other travelers i met, even i made chokers and sell it on the streets. I hate when i was struggling to survive but tbh I love the experience i really miss all those moments when i was there in South Korea. My tips, I just recalled anything i could, i remember watching Into The Wild, money is shit, you dont really need it to live, then i remember 127 Hours, he stuck there, nobody around, limited supplies, limited tools, but he could survive why can't i? Then I will always remember my fav movie; Interstellar, "You figured it out, I ain't gonna always be here to help you" says the dad to his son, to me i can't depends on anyone, i have to stand up for myself, otherwise it will be difficult in the future if we keep depending on others. Also i recalled that human can survive without eat for a week while drink for 3 days. So yeah im here, I survived :)

I travel the world once in a while, and truly without money. I just bring some food from my home (well, I call it 'private bedroom' coz I consider the whole earth as our home), and start walking. When the food is about to finish, I return my 0.4-acre bedroom. These might be short distance journeys, but they all let me see new things because I walk via different paths each time. I live in a very large rural area in Thailand. You can come to this place to see how nice it is. I also take care of a United World Monument and a United World Pavilion (with 2 toilets) to serve all human beings for free.
