@@MikeHawk143 unlike the US, qatar is a small country and an islamic one, i.e. muslimism is practiced. therefore they have certain beliefs and rules which you must follow if you visit. if there were no rules, the world would go crazy. probably why there are so many sh*otings every year in the US lol, and its not like these are intense, yall just one of those ppl hating after watching 2 youtube videos

Doha is an amazing city and their people are absolutely warm-hearted. When I was here it felt good to get away from the division and hate in Canada. If I could, I would definitely think of retiring here.

you should!! i recommend trying the kunafeh at al aker sweets in souq waqif, once you go there. west walk is a really nice outdoors air-conditioned cafe/eateries area too. and there's the malls of course, doha festival city, mall of qatar, and place vendome being the highlights.

@Jake Jack I've been to qatar... this video is very "rose tinted glasses". Don't expect any "friendly locals" to come up and invite you to their home, or even speak to you. Public displays of affection are illegal, even if married. Showing your shoulders or knees is not allowed, and it's insanely hot. You can be arrested, or worse, for being gay. Alcohol is illegal. These are the unfortunate truths.
