Very interesting. I have a chronic achilles tendon pain, swelling. I've just had a physiotherapist in the UK apply acupuncture needles into my tendon, and would encourage any patients to try this. Achilles tendon problems aren't fixed in 5 minutes, more like 8-12 weeks of regular treatment and exercise, but the needling is definitely helping. It is not painful.

Sir is it ok to needle on tendon? But i have heard that there is some precautions for injections

Tharinda yes it is fine to needle into the tendon but not too deep. There is a couple of randomised controlled trials that has demonstrated the benefits of needling in to the tendon.

Ta-Tanysha David Hi, at the time when I recorded the presentation in some countries gloves was not mandatory. In the UK wearing gloves is still not mandatory, however I do wear them when treating.

Studies have shown to needle up to half a centre meter in depth. I would not needle the Achilles’ tendon in the acute phase or when the tendon sheath is inflamed.
