Thanks for watching Sir. For earthen pond you should use industrial salt. Drain out dirty water and fill up the pond to cover the fish can be 1ft height. Calculate the volume of water at 1 ft height and sprinkle the salt equivalence directly in the pond. No need to dissolve it
