Thanks Dr. Gibbons.....once i googled "sports osteopath" i seemed to find better qualified people who had taken traiing in the UK.....they all actually watched your video and were very impressed...sorry i have to tell you this for a laugh...a physiotherpais was sure it was a model with a perfectly fine shoulder ...but iused your video to confirm that my um forarm would not rotate if i held my arm at 90 degrees to my body...once again thank you :)

How are you”not letting numeral head shift forward” when stretching external rotators? Does it mean keeping elbow above shoulder? Or stopping ROM when you see a humoral shift? Is it inappropriate to apply direct pressure on the anterior shoulder to resist a shift? Thank you very much

how much tension do you use please? about 5-10 pounds of force or more.....looking for sports osteopaths in Canada and its not a recognized sub disciplien sorry to be apest but in a lot of pain and no progress so far

I would say it is about 10 pounds of pressure or thereabouts as hard to judge sometimes and I don't think of my treatments in that way. Hope you find someone that can help you, regards JG

in fact MEt it's your methode? something like strain counterstrains adapted (you know isometrique and after phisiological relaxation for resetting the brain?) Very simple methode and for that , like trigger points, very litlle applied, it is not so comercial I mean...P>S or like myofascial release...
