I have fished all over the world for tunas. And literally everywhere that I have fished the #1 most effective way to catch tunas is live bait, the #2 most effective way is trolling ballyhoo. I dont know why it would be any different there.

Hi robert. I'm not fishing this year. There is no way really to "apply" other than you just need to be down at the docks where the boats are fishing and when someone needs your help, being there and ready to go is how you get on.
