Perhaps for a very short distance paying very close attention to your speedometer, you could attain the results you mentioned. The modern car or truck the way that the transmission is designed allows them to free wheel so to speak on a downhill slope when you are not accelerating . Even a slight incline causes an increase in speed. I try not to exceed the speed limit in an area where I live and on the downhill slope I can go by coasting five more miles an hour then when I was on the flat area. These units are set up strategically so they have the maximum advantage in their favor, it’s about the revenue.

Police Chiefs/Supervisors don't want their patrols returning back to the office without any ticket numbers to show. It's a numbers game. The patrols are mandated to produce numbers (i.e. Ticket Quotas) or face various forms of punishment from their Chiefs/Superiors. I've heard cops over here in the USA admit that they have to reach Ticket Quotas, even though their agencies won't officially admit to having mandated quotas. Shameful isn't it?

This rocking that he is doing is not a lullaby for sleep, as it’s not because he’s a baby 🍼 (right?). There is a psychological, not necessarily intentional, reason people do this. It’s more than just being a bit uncomfortable or self conscious, it has more to do with wanting to hide something. It’s a socially acceptable way to distract the other person so that the other person fails to notice perhaps something that would otherwise be obvious. He also tried to throw you off by repeating his greeting and the politeness of his greeting over and over again as another form of distraction. Hopefully when you review this interaction a bit more, you will know what it was they were trying to hide. The guy at the end is of particular interest because he was defying you to figure it out. His was straight up confronting you, daring you to trespass the boundary he was setting. It was a good cop/bad cop approach, not necessarily intentional but rather automatic because they are well trained and experienced in it. Cops have 2 ways they go about their job, 1. Nothing to see here and they are right, 2. Nothing to see here and they are lying.

These vans are so dangerous because people slam their brakes on and take their eyes off the road as soon as they see one! But hey, it's not about safety, it's always about revenue!
