I'm having this problem with fm but also xm says no signal..we tried replacing the antenna. Any idea?

I have a 2014 acadia denali and my radio is stuck in a reboot cycle and if i use my turn signal and and the radio reboots at the right time the turn signal sound is suppose to go off it goes silent and the radio doesnt boot up at all until i turn the turn signal off....all fuses are good...i have disconnected battery to reset and still same problem...any ideas?

I have a 2015 same exact radio mine will not remember any new presets will not remember any Bluetooth device after turning off the vehicle. I have to re-pair my phone every time I turn on my car. Any ideas? They said it is not due for an update

To me it sounds like something isnt connected properly...is it the stock unit? Did it work before? Or is this a aftermarket head unit?

@@559powerscape yes it’s stock. Yes it use to work. It is to automatically connect now it says that it can’t connect to my Bluetooth when I turn on the car. I have to manually do it. I have tried to add a new preset to my favorites for the radio and it doesn’t remember it either. The radio also always starts up on the same fm station that is not even a saved preset and I have it set to stay on the station that was last on which is normally an Xmas station.

It sounds like it might be defective now. I honestly dont know. I would try replacing the unit with an aftermarket one or oem. Oem is more expensive but could possibly find it on ebay. But then you can run into an issue with security codes that might need to be entered...my honest opinion is go aftermarket Head Unit. There is soooo many options available now a days. I suggest an Android Radio...u can download apps. Its just like a tablet. Good luck ... or just leave it...save the money... up to you! Thank you, hope you have a great weekend!
