I'm a student trying to become a BMET... What would be the reason in the Tuttnauer 3870 EHS the user would state they are not able to drain the water reservoir in the sterilizer?

I have a tuttnauer valueklave and temps show correct temps but no pressure in the chamber with a fail. Any suggestions. BTW Water isn’t draining out properly

I'm getting low water message and water will not enter the chamber at all. Could my problem be something more serious than a dirty water level sensor?
