Thank you very much sir,so you mean that the board is very fine without the printer head and display of error 16 Thank you very much ,you explained everything perfectly...Am rating you 5 stars So my question is what do I now do after I've checked and the board is fine and then I fixed the cable or printer wire and it shows me error 16 again?

Likely the pump then.

Machine pump problem if not pumping. If pumping but not printing printer head, cable or board issue.

Head is not working check data cable from head board to head or change the head
