How do you set the truer up to cut camber cuts?

Are the tires fast right off the truer? Or do they need a run or 2 on them?

It all depends on how clean the cut is on the tires. If there is an unsightly surface on the foam then it will take about 2 or 3 laps to break in - which is not ideal. Ideally you want the tires to have a nice smooth surface before going out on the track.

@@koncreteto2758 no, the machine has an adjustment knob be able to cut camber in tires. I just want to know how he goes about measuring it to know what amount of camber he's cutting in the tire and how to go about measuring it.
