I just ate it for the third time and had a similar experience. 😆 I was not into it and almost returned it but just went and tasted it again. Ended up just straight up eating 2 spoonfuls.

Buffalo boy here. I almost do the same. I use Clausen hot & spicy pickle juice in my brine with a smidge of smoke flavor. I have used his method of sauce before minus the Worcestershishishire. I definitely agree with potato starch over flower but I add smoked paprika. Looking Forward to using the TRUFF mayo in my next batch! Nick is awesome!
