What should be the position of the Throttle nuts under the seat (at the beginning and the end)? Should the Throttle nuts under the seat be tight before starting this process or loose and tighten the throttle nuts under the seat at the end?

TBH the throttle shouldn't be as delayed as it is out of the box, it can lead to dangerous situations
