Thank you SO SO much for making this video! I just got my ukulele yesterday and am using the same tuner that you are. I kept tuning the strings until it hit the green light, but whenever I began to practice certain notes, I noticed that the ukulele still sounded like it was out of tune. I thought, “I just tuned it. Maybe it’s supposed to sound like this”. I then went on youtube to find a song that I have been wanting to practice and noticed that my ukulele sounded much different than the person teaching the song. Luckily, I stumbled across this video and realized that my F# string wasn’t actually supposed to sound like that, and instead, be tuned to a G note. Thank you again for making this video. Now my ukulele is ready to play with the correct notes!

Do it left to right. So starting from the left to the right ( while the ukelele is facing you) G: good C: cats E: eat A: avocados So from your left to your right your strings start with the G string and end with the A string. Yes I got this from someone in the comment section but you guys look like you could use it.

This is the go-to video for first time stringed instrument players. Right on Ms.B. I just got a clip on tuner awhile back and it helps so much over the phone app. This is a great step by step tutorial. Yeah I've done that~turning the C tuner wondering why the G didn't change sound. Ahh, the press, stretch, pull technique. When I make my first ever string change this is the Ms.B method I shall use, Thanks. Seeing the subtitles was helpful. When you said reviewing helps plant the knowledge, it did. May sound weird yet I'm looking forward to changing strings to try this technique. Glad I got the notification to "tune" into this nugget of knowledge. Happy day Ms.B.

I have to say it (probably not the first time I tell you this)... I LOVE your comments because you are so eloquent and such a talented writer. I’ve made the mistake of turning the wrong tuner too! And recently I even did it on camera 😂😂😂 that’s what I get for trying to keep my eye on the lens.
