This is a long term strategy that I have personally used for both myself and our clients over the past 15 years.
So first I am going to explain the exact step by step process and then I am going to show you 3 different ways you can speed up the process depending on the time and resources you have.
So in this video we are gong to look at how you can invest £100K in UK real estate to turn £100K into £1 Million in the UK property market and the exact property strategies you need to consider.

Great content. As someone in the audio business. Can I suggest not always dipping the music but keep a couple of db lower throughout. The dips happen way more than they need to. The content and delivery is enough to not need to emphasise a point by ducking the music. Just saying from a massive fan of the podcast which has helped me build my portfolio.

Thanks for the video, I’m on the cusp of buying my first non-residential property, I have some concerns about tax on my profits given my jobs income…is it worth when considering a portfolio of houses to consider a limited company?

You mentioned pulling out equity from the property after year 5 but not how you go about doing this. Can you elaborate further?

You remortgage once the property value has gone up and take out the equity that way

All you have to do is buy a couple of properties and not spend any of the rental income!! Unbelievably oversimplified and not practical. Most people want to go into property and benefit from the income it makes but in your scenario you don’t touch it? Therefore you still have to work your plums off in another job to pay the bills. Some of these training videos are really good but this one is a bit cringey.

If people want to buy just to pull out the income every year then property probably isn't for them. It's a very long term investment and leverage was always one of the big attractions. Growing a portfolio is exactly the right thing to do.
