My father is a retired BOP captain. He began his career in USP Atlanta. He was part of the SORT team there and I remember the night my dad came home and had to return back to work since he spoke Spanish and got activated to deal with the riot. My husband is now currently serving time at a camp. It’s crazy how I have a background from the other side which has helped me navigate options for early release for my husband. Wonderful work on this channel. Your information is of great value to those of us helping loved ones on the inside. Aloha from Hawaii!🤙🏼

Michael...could we get a transcript of this? Wow. Valuable.

And Mike, I loved watching you on that other video and the analogy of the "fertilizer". Good stuff there, ace. Quite a blessing that you able to do that. Kudos to those who made it possible as well.

@@LizzPaintz Hi Elizabeth. I'll inquire about service to transcribe. Sorry, but I don't have a budget for that now--though I'll look into it.

I totally understand. It all takes time as well most likely. Michael if enough people sound interested, it might even be worth it for that segment of the prison population that cant afford to pay someone, but might have the skills and the money to pay for a transcript as a guide for them. Just an idea. (?)

Proving blatant Brady violations that the Judge IGNORED will definitely get favorable results from the Appeals court. That's NOT 'harmless error'! Fun fact...In a case from Illinois, The Appeals Court ruled that the Trial Judge SLEEPING during trial WAS 'harmless error'.

How can I contact someone about getting my son home home from prison. He has life and is in state prison
@PrisonProfessors4 жыл бұрын
I wish that I could help you. We do not have information on state prisons, other than our general advocacy. You may want to visit PrisonProfessors.com to get more insight on steps you can take. At this time, we do not have a staff that can accommodate state prison requests.
