I can see some cool trees in this shape, elegant and flowy. Nice to have a quick way to convert oval to mokko, thanks for sharing!

Wow! I didn't know it's that easy. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. On my next oval I will be trying this!

A real mokko is much more difficult to do, this technique is limited and only works with straight pots. But it is a good alternative to simple oval pots.

Thank you , very straight to the point , and great instructions anyone can follow along to. Mind if i ask what is the best type of clay to use for bonsai pots ? low grog , high grog.. percaline or stone ware?

For clay, there is no right or wrong choice, they all have their pros and cons. It's more difficult to make large porcelain pots for example, but it's more precise for small pots. It's above all a question of taste, what do you prefer to work, that's the most important thing.

Where did you get the triangle measuring ruler? And what is it called?
@Greg-ceramics2 жыл бұрын
It's a Graphoplex triangle, but I think if you search for "protractor triangle" on Amazon you'll find equivalent models.
