The first step you said mute, 119, then mute again. It wasn’t until I read someone’s comment that I realized it was mute, 119, then ENTER. Hospitality mode wouldn’t let me Change the aspect ratio setting from zoom to 16:9 thank you. But in the video it says mute, 119 and then mute when it is really mute 119 then enter button which is in the middle of the arrows.
