Thx mate, managed to switch my TC off at the same time I a got a service reminder and couldn't figure out how to get the bloody TC back on. Thanks to your video it worked again ....

Just got myself a 2019 S1000XR. Played the menu last night and somehow turn off ABS. I couldn't figure out how to turn it back on. Was planning already a dealer trip to see if they can fix. Stumbled on your video and you have saved new a trip and frustrations. Thank you so much!

Thanks bud I had to come back to this video as I watched it last year before I bought the bike and could only remember part of it and I was button bashing to turn my abs lol and for the life of me I couldn't remember how I did it each time.

Hi! I enjoyed the video. I have a question for you. The engine warning light comes on for 10 seconds and then goes off, is there any problem? (00:27-00:37)

This is light control, when you start your motorcycle, which is normal. The light is Turning off after a while and even ABS is active after reaching the 10kph and the light is turning off, too.

@@freak7 Thanks for the reply. But I didn't ask about ABS lights. My question was about a malfunctioning indicator lamp. Because I've seen cases where the malfunction indicator lamp doesn't stay on for 10 seconds like that in someone else's video. Someone raised the same issue on the s1000r forum. Do you know anything about this?

@@akasaka2 The information about the ABS was additional information. I understand the issue, as far as light is turning off, everything is fine. If the light is not turning off there will be an issue for sure. But the problem needs be read out, because it could have different issue‘s.

@@freak7 Thanks for the kind explanation. Even if the malfunvtion indicator lamp turns off in 10 seconds, I thought it was not normal, so I wrote this post. Anyway, it's okay because it doesn't remain and disappears, but I think it leaves a feeling of uneasiness.

ich frage mich ob es schädlich für den motor ist wenn man das Motorrad mit dem kill switch aus macht... oder lieber einfach schlüssel umdrehen

Da bin ich überfragt. Jedoch ist das ein Notschalter und sollte auch nur dafür benutzt werden, denke ich. Um den Akku zu schonen muss du eh iwann die Zündung abschalten. Möchtest du dein Motorrad lieber über den Notschalter ausmachen?

Genau, es spielt gar keine rolle, aber die zündung mit dem zündschlüssel komplett aus zu machen ist natürlich nötig😜😂

welche Handyhalterung ist das? Suche eine, die für ein Handy das schon ein Case hat, geeignet ist :D

Ich habe die bei Halterung bei Polo gekauft. Gibt es mit USB-Anschluss (25,-€) und ohne (20€).

I'll need to go back and look when able. I swear my TC light is staying off no matter what I cycle through, press or hold. Sigh.
