No idea of what selling price would be but that paint job ,choice of color,trim and wood wash has to be such an improvement. What did you finish the wood wash with ,if anything was needed? What I always marvel at,after finding out how you did your piece from your beauty parlour, i.e. you have your hair done is the admiration for how you always have it beautifully done. It makes a difference,doesn't ? As much as the furniture being refinished. Stay well and best to your whole family.

Have u ever tried retique it? ..I've seen may youtubers use it. I've used it on a few pieces myself. Works great if u find something u want to stain but then discover it's mdf...u paint a coat of it on...let it dry and uses real woodsman on it. Ect..but u did a great job with this piece. The color is lovely😊

I wish I knew my market better. Things are so upside down in Ga and Alabama it’s hard to say what will sell and what won’t. Marketplace is filled with cheap furniture but rarely anything that is flipped. I would think this would be beneficial but I am not getting much traffic at all
