How to turn on Cooke&Lewis Induction Hob

Hi, when I switch the power on at the wall, the hob beeps, all the LEDs show 8 for 2 seconds then it goes off.....when I press the On button on the hob nothing happens...... It's a new install and everything worked fine first time yesterday when I used it for dinner but second time, today, it has this issue. Any ideas? The power at the wall switches it on every 3rd time I flick the switch I have checked the electrics and they seem to look good. ...any ideas?

Hey, I have a problem , please help me. When turning on the induction plate, it only displays "Lo" on the right. There is no displays at the side of the plate icons. When I hold the power button for a bit it displays "Er 03". I don't know what to do, please save me

You need to press the lock option for 5 seconds
