Thank you so much. This was exactly my problem. When I would get a phone call while I was in another page on my phone there was no icon to turn the volume up. I can’t wait to try it when that situation happens again.

@@Charles78 I got the answer to turning up the volume just tap at the top left of your phone where you see green. That will take you to the page where you can tap the volume icon button.

Hey not sure if you got the same problem but i just fixed mine, you go to settings>accessibility>touch>call audio routing>automatic instead of speaker
