I honestly really love the minimal detail with the unlined leaves! It's very clean and cohesive!

I really like the single line in the center of the leaf in the plant skull rug. Simple but effective. 😘👌
@ArtsyMadwomanАй бұрын
Right?! That’s how I feel! Thank you! ❤️
@robinpinkham9398Ай бұрын
You don't need the leaf veins. What you did is perfection!❤

Aww thank you!! I’ll probably stare at it again & see how it feel haha

That was so cool how you thread the needle with the yarn threader

I feel like how you feel about gluing and backing rugs is how I feel about darning in ends of crochet projects
@ArtsyMadwomanАй бұрын
Haha idk what darning is but I imagine it’s annoying. Or satisfying? I have mixed feelings about gluing & backing hahaha
@morgie39Ай бұрын
@ArtsyMadwoman it's when you weave in all the cut ends of yarn in the project 😀 very annoying to do but satisfying when you are all finished!

I love the force field around the yarn corner that guards it from premature off-stream cleaning (I'm kidding, we love you lol) The stack of keyboard rugs is soooo satisfying. I love how the fuzzy yarn turned out on the slime rugs, the texture looks rad. I hope you had a nice New Years!
@ArtsyMadwomanАй бұрын
LMAOOO don’t you worry, I would never clean that pile of yarn without yall there (& one million channel points)…. 😂 im a lady of my word 🫡 thank you so much AK! You as well ❤️

Thank you so much for showing how you finish your rugs as a wall hanging. I always use a hot glue gun for smaller pieces but this is such a good hack for larger pieces!

It's so satisfying watching you make these beautiful rugs & think I may need to get into this hobby, also love your resin art but may start with this hobby for now. Couldn't stop laughing when I noticed the skeleton with lights in your closet 😂 Happy New Year! 🎊

For the leaves I think it couldn't hurt to add a few leafy veins in the more open areas but I don't think it's necessary either 🤷 it'll look good either way promise 💖

How does one go about cleaning a tufted rug?
@DCXVI616Ай бұрын
Why do the backing if the rug will hang against the wall ?
@ArtsyMadwomanАй бұрын
I just feel like it would look really unfinished if I didn’t put a backing, hides all the glue & stuff
