Warning** This video may contain spoilers of the TV-series ''Vikings'' Season 2 - 6
It's time for another upload!
⏰TIMESTAMPS⏰
01:14 - The Background story of Ivar The Boneless
01:49 - Why Ivar is the way he is (Nature vs Nurturance)
06:50 - Lesson #1: Use your negative emotions as fuel
10:40 - Three ways that can help dealing with negative emotions
14:30 - Lesson #2: Alchemy of self
18:23 - Lesson #3 Keep others in suspended terror
Todays focus will be on the topic of weaknesses and insecurities. I'll tie my thoughts and reflections about them to one of my favourite characthers of all time.. Ivar The Boneless from Vikings.
The show is 6 seasons long but Ivar is only featured in the 2-3 of those seasons (depending on if his smaller apperance as a baby counts). Ivar is in my opinion the most powerful son of Ragnar Lothbrok and in this video I try to explain how and why.
There might be some things about Ivar's story that I've left out, but that is simply because I don't want to make these videos 2-3 hours long.
I've tried to stay as neutral as possible throughout this whole video, and from now on I'm going to try to offer an counter-argument to atleast one of the points in every video I make in order to make sure my reflections and analyses are well-balanced.
I've REALLY put a lot of effort in to this video so I would really appreciate if you hit the subscribe button and interact with me in the comment section down below.
QUESTION: WHO's the most qualified person in ''Vikings'' to be the king or queen of Norway according to you, and why?

I feel a connection with Ivar. While I'm not physically crippled, I'm socially crippled. I never got sociallized properly as kid and my hometown convinced me my father killed himself which I internalized as being my fault that I only recently discovered was actually a prank that ended tragically. I used to selfharm though punching myself and once, after being bullied in gym class I punched the wall of a restroom so hard that paint chips fell off. My hand eventually developed boxer's knuckle as a result of the selfharm. My brother actually just had a baby, and I realized that becoming a father is something I could never do thanks to all the anger from the internalized trauma and I felt my eyes get hot just like Ivar's when he gets angry.

My favorite analysis on my favorite character on a tv show it was Ned stark, the actor is really good as well I always thought he turned out the way he did is because he’s always under pressure never a time to relax and really enjoy life. My favorite line of Ivar- I wish I wasn’t so angry all the time (father) then you would be nothing, ivar- I could’ve been happy (father) happiness is nothing my favorite scene in the show great video.

That's a nice way to put it for a fairly new content creator as my self, thank you Ivan for the positive support. I Also find it interesting that we seem to both share the same favorite line (by Ivar and Ragnar). I would also say that when Ragnar whispers "Be Ruthless" in Ivar's ear before turning around to face his own death, is in my opinion one of the best moments of the entire show. Hope you stay tuned for more analysis videos that I'll put out in the near future. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know you enjoyed it.

So much ableism... Yikes! Cripple here, and one who is very happy to NOT be dead. My parents couldn't have known my bones would be compromised, as would my immune system, so... aborting me couldn't have been related to not wanting a "suffering cripple". Suicide and abortion aren't the only options for a "suffering cripple", many of us actually go on to live fulfilling lives. If you want to debate pro life vs. pro choice, go for it, I understand points on both sides of the argument. But it is NOT okay to say that a crippled person or disabled person should have been aborted. That's never okay.

I have a message that I’m sharing where I can, some may not want to hear this, but I ask that we stay polite and seek truth together. 😊 Love is an action. Feed the hungry, house the homeless, father the orphan, and protect the defenseless and vulnerable. Read the Word for yourself, not only relying on others for guidance. Pray for guidance.Yahushua/Yeshua - His Hebrew name who is usually called (Jesus) taught to keep the whole Word. Including the Law/Torah. Matthew 5:17 “Do not presume that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill. 18 For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not [g]the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law, until all is accomplished! 19 Therefore, whoever nullifies one of the least of these commandments, and teaches [h]others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever [i]keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Read 1 John. John tells us that sin is lawlessness, and that we must keep the commandments. Trust in the atonement of Yahushua/Yeshua who is usually called Jesus, and keep God (YHWH)'s whole Word/commandments. Revelation 12:17 So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. Revelation 14:12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. Go to parableofthevineyard youtube channel for information about the bible and good bible studies. I'm in no way paid or sent by him for advertising. I just have learned a lot from his content. He's just a man who is trying to learn as well. :) Yeshua died so we may be resurrected to eternal life......,.,.,.
